    Breakfast

    • Bananas, melons, baked sweet potatoes, fruit smoothies made without dairy products, unsweetened rice yogurts, rice milks, hot rice cereals, almonds, pecans and pears are excellent breakfast options on an elimination diet.

    Lunch

    • Enjoy homemade vegetable or lentil soups with a side salad or rice pasta with vegetables for lunch. Snack on permitted fruits, carrots and celery throughout the day.

    Dinner

    • For dinner, eat chicken over rice with broccoli, rice pasta with vegetables, a salad with grilled chicken, baked fish with asparagus, mixed steamed vegetables or lamb steaks with a side salad.
