How to Play MOV Files on an Xbox

1). Turn on your computer and locate the .MOV video file you want to play on the Xbox 360. Insert the USB storage device and right-click the .MOV file. Select "Send To" then click "USB Device." The .MOV file will be copied to the USB stick.
2). Turn on the Xbox 360 and insert the USB stick when the file copy process is complete. Wait for the Dashboard to load fully before continuing.
3). Select "Videos" from the Dashboard using the controller's analog stick. Press "A" and select "USB Storage Device" then press "A" again. Select the .MOV file you want to play then press "A" again. The file will start playing on the Xbox 360.
