Tony shook his head with frustration and anger because he wanted his friend to accept his point of view but his friend disagreed with him at all.
It was an interesting and critical situation because Tony was almost right as far as his views are concerned but the way he was delivering his views waswrong and unethical.
I was quiet watching the situation when Tony interrupted me for doing justice.
When both turned towards me I said that you can't impose your thoughts or correct others until you exclude your three faults.
Tony with suspense stared at me.
I elaborated that your way of speaking is rough and irritating for others.
You need to use soft and sweet voice and to clarify your views with reasons.
Secondly you don't care others emotions however you need to care it and try to listen others calmly and don't underestimate others.
Instead to impose your thoughts just share it friendly.
You know man will only accept others suggestions, thoughts, advices and views until he thinks so, no matter how mush accurate and positive you are.
Think of one is mostly based on its past experiences of life.
I observed that only few people learn from others experiences.
Think always or mostly differ from person to person on a particular problem.
If you remove your three faults then others people will be able to consider and think on your thoughts and may accept it if your reasons strike his mind.
Tony took a deep breath, stepped out by saying "3 Faults".
