In fact, doctors would not recommend these pills as they can induce drug dependence and addiction.
Later on, the user will not realize that he is already hooked into the drugs and it could lead to overdose and death, eventually.
It is a good thing that there are still other methods you can undergo so that you can get over your panic and anxiety.
This would also involve having to consult a professional so that the job is done right.
Otherwise, it could lead to the worsening of your condition.
People who are having constant panic attacks are recommended to undergo treatments right away so that they can get rid of it.
Experiencing these attacks could cause adverse effects on one's health especially if it happens constantly.
Anxiety disorders that have gone worse could make one suffer from palpitations, abnormal heart rates, and even depression.
Worse is, this depression could lead to sleepless nights and may even give patients a tendency to commit suicide.
