OJOsoft Total Video Converter

• 1). Go to OJOsoft (see Resources) and download OJOsoft Total Video Converter. The site hosts a demo version of the software for download.
  
  
• 2). Install and open the software. Click the "To MPEG" button at the top of the menu to choose MPEG as your target format.
  
  
• 3). Click the first "Browse" button to find your VOB file and click the second "Browse" button to choose an output folder for your MPEG.
  
  
• 4). Click "Convert" to transfer your VOB. Once the conversion finishes, the MPEG will appear in the folder you selected.
  
  

Xilisoft DVD Ripper

• 1). Go to Top Video Pro (see Resources) and download Xilisoft DVD Ripper. You can try a demo version of the program before purchasing it.
  
  
• 2). Install and open the software. Click the "File" button and select "Open VOB Files" to choose your VOB.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Format" drop-down and select "MPEG-1" as your output format. Next, click "Browse" to choose your output folder.
  
  
• 4). Click the red button to begin converting the VOB.
  
  

Leawo Video Converter

• 1). Go to Leawo (see Resources) and download Leawo Video Converter. As with the other conversion programs, the site hosts a demo version of the program.
  
  
• 2). Install and open the program. Click the "+" button to choose your VOB file for conversion.
  
  
• 3). Select "MPEG-1" for your output format in the "Profile" drop-down menu and click "Open" to pick your output folder.
  
  
• 4). Click the green arrow button to convert your VOB.
