Tired of endless hours of cardio that don't even budge the scale? Tired of obsessing with your diet or starving yourself without any returns? There are a few simple guidelines to follow to make weight loss simpler and more realistic than you thought possible, WITHOUT hours of cardio or starvation and to easily break any plateau's in the easiest way possible.
*Firstly, you shouldn't struggle on a weekly basis to follow your training or diet's rules.
They should be simple, easy to follow, and realistic to your personal goals and constraints.
Trying too hard causes inevitable failures that often spiral out of control.
The entire lifestyle change should come with focused, conscious effort.
This should require all the will power in your being, all your time, or even starving yourself in an effort to budge the scale.
The lifestyle absolutely MUST be realistic for you.
*A common mistake is failing to take advantage of weight training's effects on your body.
Weight training increases testosterone and builds muscle.
Girls should never worry about becoming bulky as that is a difficult goal for most guys without drugs.
Building muscle during a diet is ESSENTIAL since you want to look more defined when the fat is gone and not just a smaller version of your current frame.
A simple warning: don't obsess and think that more is better with weight training as 3 hours is all you need to achieve constant, weekly progress and see results; invest your time, it's too precious to waste.
*The biggest mistake made is thinking you can "burn off" a meal you just ate.
While this does occur as a result of your body's base metabolism rate, exercise's dramatic effects on weight loss only occur when used in conjunction with a proper diet.
An extremely difficult 30 minute run burns at the very most 500 calories.
This is about 5 tablespoons of peanut-butter.
Eating fewer calories is much more realistic than trying to out-exercise your diet.
You can and should enjoy your favorite, calorie laden foods, but only responsibly.
You shouldn't account exercising into your required calories as exercise is meant to add to your weight loss, by accounting for your burned calories you undo all your efforts.
