Green beans are a very nutritious vegetable side dish. This vegetarian and vegan green bean recipe is flavored with ginger and lime juice for a tangy green bean side dish that your whole family will enjoy. I'm not personally a big fan of canned or frozen green beans,but they are delicious when fresh! Trimming the green beans and boiling them does take a few extra minutes, but it's not too difficult and the result is well worth it.
