* Any kind of mint, presented in various forms such as tea, chocolate mint cookies, decrease esophageal sphincter pressure. This only allows a greater amount of stomach acid into the esophagus, causing discomfort and pain. Even though it sometimes seems that removes the feeling, mint not only aggravate the situation.
