How to Program a Keyless Lock
- 1). Identify the master code. It's also sometimes called the programming code. Look for it printed on the instruction sheet, or on back of the lock or box.
- 2). Program a new user code on the keyless lock. Enter the master code on the keypad and then press the manufacturer's logo on the face of the lock. It doubles as an "Enter" button. Press the number "1" digit and then enter the new user code. It should be four digits. Enter it twice consecutively and the programming should be complete.
- 3). Delete the user code. Enter the master code on the keypad and then press the manufacturer's logo on the face of the lock. Press the number "2" digit and then enter the unwanted user code. It should be four digits. Enter it twice consecutively and programming should be complete.
- 4). Change the master code. Enter the master code on the keypad and then press the manufacturer's logo on the face of the lock. Press the number "3" digit and then enter the new master code. It should be six digits. Enter it twice consecutively and programming should be complete.
