If you want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks to a month I have some tips I believe you should follow.
While nothing can guarantee that you'll lose a specific number of pounds in a set period of time, as weight loss depends on many factors, following these tips will help you lose weight fast.

Tip #1 Make a workout plan for the coming month.
The plan should include dates and approximate times of the day in which you will go to the gym and workout.
By planning ahead you're solidifying your commitment to this weight loss process and increasing your chances of success.

Tip #2 Make sure to get your family on board with the process.
If you want to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks or so, you will need to secure a supportive home environment with a minimum of temptation and the right kind of cooperation from your loved ones.
Tip #3 Never skip breakfast and make sure to include a lean protein source.
Eating protein in the morning helps you to remain feeling full and boosts your metabolism.
