The accompanying symptoms may well include, but are not limited to the following: • Intense fear • Panic • Confusion • A feeling of being lost • hyperventilation • Trembling all over • Heart palpitations • Dizziness • The fear of dying Attacks of anxiety stem from psychological causes.
They can be brought on by pressures at work or at home.
Dealing with the stresses at work or home can be daunting, but if you don't seek a solution to the basic problem, you may well end up with an anxiety attack.
Understanding the underlying causes will help you determine the course of action you need to take to regain control of your life.
There are ways to stop attacks of anxiety.
The first thing needed is to understand what they are and what causes the ones you experience.
Those answers require you to look within yourself.
