Treat Your Weight Loss Program Like a Business, Not a Job
It seems that saying anything in reference to a business is negative.
But, there are more positives to far outweigh the negatives.
If we treat our weight loss program like a business, we would succeed at a much better rate than if we treated it like a job.
There is nothing wrong with jobs.
In many cases, jobs are looked upon as a security blanket and a safeguard.
It is a primary source of income for many people.
But, if you were to these same people, they would enjoy and relish the opportunity (not security) of owning your own business.
Business requires many aspects that are not warranted in a job.
In a business, there are good and bad aspects.
The good aspects are that you have control of your success or failure; the bad aspects are that you have control of your success or failure.
In many businesses, you have to make sure that you turn a profit.
Otherwise, you may have to resort to some exit strategy such as closing the business down.
There are various factors that you have to take care of in order to succeed at business.
In order to succeed in our weight loss program, we should treat it more like a business than a job.
As a real estate investor and broker, I am careful with the resources (e.
g.
time, money, etc.
) in getting into deals and investment opportunities.
The one issue that makes any business successful that could help with any weight loss program is that you have to pay attention to details.
Paying attention to details such as net gain, book keeping for taxes, taxes, return on investment, cash flow, and numerous other factors are critical to succeeding in investing in real estate.
Paying attention to details such as diet, snacks, exercise program, rest, and numerous other factors are critical in succeeding in your weight loss program.
In a job, you do not have as much variables.
Though you do have to pay attention to details to succeed at your job (in most cases), there is security in knowing that there is a steady pay check.
In business, there is no pay check.
There are only profits.
There is a difference between a pay check and a profit.
The amount of your profit can vary every month (or day).
Also, there are other sources of profits such as tax benefits, cash flow, etc.
in a business.
The job is simple and straight forward.
In most businesses, you cannot look for the government to help (nor do you want it to).
You are ultimately responsible for your own success or failure.
Treat your weight loss program seriously (but have fun with it).
You will need to pay attention to details that will determine your weight loss success.
You may need to keep a journal of your exercise, weight, diet, etc.
To succeed in your weight loss program, it is all business with a lot of pleasure.
