The way forward

Though some have just got a brief introduction to the Google glass development kit, the developers are quite excited about getting a push ahead for the actual apps development. Common people or customers are yet to get a good idea about the product.
Google is extremely clear about the kit. They say that the Google glass development tool will help developers and they will be able to develop apps by using the standard and regular API's of Android. The add-ons will be helpful for making the apps Glass specific.
All the hoopla actually means that the company(Google) has created a complete environment for development of apps for Glass. This environment seems to be much better than Mirror API. This new kit will definitely aid developers and users to build and enjoy various applications.
Google is maintaining a cautious approach. They will wait and see how the developers are responding to the kit. The company is also intending to remove any hurdles that may be present in the functioning. This is because, the company intends to make user experience hurdle free. The apps have to operate and function with ease.
