How to Use Plywood Forms
- 1). Build your plywood frame to the correct size and depth. Make sure the form is level and perfectly square at the corners.
- 2). Secure the form in place using stakes, or by surrounding it with bricks. This prevents the form from moving out of place when the concrete is being poured into it.
- 3). Mix your concrete according to the package directions. Pour it into the plywood frame and use a small trowel to level the surface of the concrete.
- 4). Leave the form around the newly poured concrete until it is completely dry. The plywood form has served its purpose and must be dismantled, leaving the concrete behind.
