You have probably heard the saying "we are what we eat" before, but it never made any sense.
Well, let me tell you, we really are what we eat, so you should stop eating that hamburger right now.
It is full of fat and other things that are harmful to a healthy body.
According to statistics you should only have one hamburger every two weeks for the perfect fat intake.
Do not look at this as a diet, it just and adjustment to your normal diet.
Replace those French fries with boiled and grilled potatoes, they taste even better and are much healthier.
Remember that you do not need to actually cook your vegetables to eat them.
They taste better and are much healthier if you eat them raw.
Cut them all into small pieces and make a salad.
Use a cucumber, a tomato and maybe some cabbage.
Top it all up with an interesting sauce made out of sour cream and you have the perfect healthy and tasty salad.
It is also pretty filling, so you will also help the hunger go away with that.
If you need to eat meat make sure that it is grilled and not fried.
You could also try chicken for a change, but this should also be grilled.
Basically, you need to keep in mind that any fat you eat is very harmful to your body.
Avoid it as much as possible.
As mentioned above, your body gets all the fat it needs for two weeks from a single hamburger.
You should also cut down on those sweets.
Again, the body does not need too much sugar, so if you have some candy every now and then it should be perfectly fine.
So, you see, you do not need to follow a strict diet to be healthy.
You just need to watch your eating a bit.
After a while it becomes second nature.
