5 Tips to Losing Weight Naturally

There are so many diets out there it'll make your head spin.
But very few of the most popular ones involves eating with overall health in mind.
The pre-fabricated meal plans available from companies like Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers, have too many questionable ingredients, are processed foods, and resemble the nutritional value of a typical fast food meal.
That's why I've compiled this list of some simple tips to losing weight naturally.
1.
Organic - Eat organic fruits and vegetables.
Many of the pesticides and fertilizers in use today on farms have toxic chemicals which absolutely lead to weight gain.
2.
Kosher - Buy meats when available that are fed organic feed and meet the strict guidelines of being kosher.
It's all too common to see the meat industry using steroids and antibiotics on their animals.
These dangerous ingredients can and do lead to unnecessary increased weight.
3.
Purified Water - This is such an important part of our diet.
Water is necessary to sustain life.
Most water is chemically treated, "for good intentions", to clean the water of bad bacteria.
There are dozens of water purifiers to choose from that will remove these chemicals from your water.
Choose one that suits your needs.
4.
Natural Sweeteners - Sweeteners such as Agave Nectar and Stevia can be a great alternative to sugar and it's man-made artificial cousins like aspartame and high fructose corn syrup.
We as a culture eat far too many sugars that not only put on the pounds, but suppress our immune system.

Whole Grains - Do your best to stay away from white flour products such as bread.
Whole grains are filled with nutritious fiber that will help to flush your system of unnecessary food waste and build up as well as support a heart healthy diet.
When it comes down to it, there are thousands of little things we can do to lose inches and maintain a healthy weight.
But we've got to start somewhere, and these are the 5 that I started with before I began to incorporate advanced and more effective techniques of natural weight loss.
