You have acne. You could not cure it in few hours. When you are under treatment, there are still some things you should avoid for the treatments you are using to be more effective. Sometimes, your practices could make acne condition even worse. There might be myths that aren't true about acne. However, there are really some things that we should avoid for there are really some situations and studies that they cause or they trigger acne. Here are some things that you should avoid in order for you to lessen your acne breakout and make your treatment whether it is natural or chemical.
1. You must avoid stress. Our brains secrete some hormones when we are stressed that increases the production of sebum. Of course, you might already know that sebum is one of the big factors of acne. Well, you might think that it would be hard to prevent stress. It could be caused by the things that we encounter everyday. However, through proper management of our daily activities or moreover proper stress management, you could avoid the bad effects of it. You must have a very good outlet of your stress.
2. You must not indulge too much oily food. Sebum is a form of oil. Excess of it, is again the cause of acne breakout when blocked in your pores by dead skin cells. If you would take food containing too much oil, there would be more oil in the system of your body. 
3. It is not enough that you have a weekly acne treatment. Even if it is done by an expert, it would still be not enough if you have a poor hygiene the rest of the week, cleanliness of your face must be consistent enough so that there would be no too much germs on your face.
