How to Beat Mission 8 in Cabela's Deer Hunt: 2005
- 1). Shoot and kill at least one white-tailed deer to complete the mission objective. Kill two or more to earn additional points. There is no secondary objective at this level. Use your sniper rifle for maximum damage and efficiency.
- 2). Try to shoot without moving to increase the likelihood of success. Garner points by using your stealth ability to get as close as possible to the deer. The closer you are, the more damaging your shoots will become.
- 3). Gain points in your weapons skill set by reloading as fast as possible if you miss on your first shot. Track the deer carefully if it begins to run away.
- 4). Gain high-tracking skills before beginning this level. If you are high in tracking points, the chase will be much more likely to be successful.
- 5). Shoot carefully at the upper chest of the deer where the lungs are located. A direct shot at the lungs will result in a one-hit kill.
