You wake up one morning to a constant ringing noise.
You try to find the source only to find out that it's all in your head, literally.
You ask around and they tell you that it will pass.
Your work and your portable player got it off your mind temporarily but, your ringing ears are still there as you go back to bed.
You have a condition called tinnitus.
It is a constant ringing, whining, clicking or humming in the ears despite the absence of external sound.
This condition is a source of annoyance or constant irritation for many people.
At worse, it can cause sleepless nights or even madness.
Fortunately, there are tinnitus supplements to help relieve or get rid of tinnitus.
Tinnitus can be caused by one or a combination of different problems like: •Prolonged exposure to loud noise - Working in very loud work environments like construction sites or airports; or listening to music players in excessive volume slowly kills auditory nerve cells.
•Head trauma - A heavy blow to the head can result in more than a lump.
It can cause abnormal blood flow to your auditory system or damage to the auditory system itself resulting in tinnitus.
•Ototoxic medication - Meds that have side-effects that affect the auditory system.
•Unhealthy lifestyle - This results in nutrient deficiency for those not particular about their diets, abnormal blood flow for those lacking in exercise and severe stress because of poor work practices.
There are known tinnitus supplements or treatments for every cause listed above.
Tinnitus is mostly a non-permanent condition and can be treated by various tinnitus supplements, depending on the underlying problem.
Step one is to find out the underlying problem.
Step two is to do something about it.
Unless you have a brain tumor, acoustic tumor or loads of earwax, you can avoid surgery and try the following.
•You can turn down the volume of your portable player.
•Find a job in a golf course instead of holding a jackhammer.
Temporarily avoid loud areas.
•If possible, you could ask your doctor for something besides aspirin to ease your migraines.
•Start drinking decaf and ask your boss for a vacation.
Just don't tell him you're hearing things.
•Have a healthy diet; add a little zinc or vitamin B in there.
Get plenty of exercise to get the blood flowing.
•If any of these fail, do a combination or all of the above tinnitus supplements.
