How to Make Hot Cocoa From Scratch
- 1). Heat skim milk in a pot on the stove until it's at a boil.
- 2). Scoop two plentiful scoops of fresh cocoa into a cup or large mug and fill the cup half full of the warm milk.
- 3). Stir thoroughly before adding more skim milk to fill the cup.
- 4). Leave room in the cup for adding a sweetener, such as sugar or marshmallows, before blending completely.
