JVC Jazz Festival

• Miami Beach plays host to the annual JVC Jazz Festival every May. Although the festival has treated festival-goers in Miami to live classic and contemporary jazz performances since it first arrived there in 2000, the JVC Jazz Festival was first launched in 1984. Miami is one of many cities across the United States that the touring festival visits. Others include Chicago, Newport Beach in Rhode Island, Los Angeles and New York. The festival also travels across Europe, appearing in Holland, France and Poland.
  
  

Jazz on the Green

• Established in 1997, the Jazz on the Green festival in Fort Myers features live jazz music along with fine art, food and refreshments. Jazz on the Green is a non-profit organization which relies on volunteers and donations, hosting the festival in order to raise money and awareness for environmental and children's charities, particularly the Southwest Florida Children's Charities.
  
  

Jazz in the Gardens

• The annual Jazz in the Gardens jazz festival has been held in Miami Gardens, Florida, since 2006. It is now one of the largest music festival events in the United States and attracts an audience of around 45,000 jazz fans. Many well-known artists, including several Grammy winners, perform at the festival, which is held in the Sun Life Stadium every year. The line-up has previously featured artists such as John Legend, Mary J. Blige and Boyz II Men. Jazz in the Gardens also features pre-festival events, after parties and food and merchandise from around the world.
  
  

Jazz at Pinecrest Gardens

• The Banyan Bowl at Pinecrest Gardens, Florida, hosts a series of live jazz performances. This event is held over eight dates, each on a Saturday night, from January to May. Jazz at Pinecrest Gardens features live performances from a variety of local and international jazz artists and is held in the surroundings of the Pinecrest Gardens public park in South Florida. Patrons can also purchase wine and tapas at the event
