DGFT Digital Certificates (Safe Exim)
• This type of digital certificate is created only for Importer/Exporter community.
• This certificate is made compulsory for all importer/exporter, who want to apply for DEPB/DES/EFT/etc. online to DGFT.
• Using this certificate they can save 50% of their license application fees.
• Both types of certificates can be renewed.

2 a) Require One Self Attested copy of PAN Card or Any photo Identity Proof which may be Voter ID,Passport copy ... b) Require Self Attested copy of any one of the latest bill of WATER / ELECTRICITY / POWER / TELEPHONE / VOTER's ID CARD / DRIVING LICENSE/PASSPORT in the name for address confirmation. (as Proof of residence) where in name of the applicant has to be exactly same as mentioned in ID proof. c)One ID proof showing the existence of your ogranization. d)MOA / Partnership Deed of the company/ firm. e)One passport size photo needed of the authorized signatory. 3 Authorization letter which is in last page of the Application needed on compnay's letter head and and a letter from your Banker on their Bank's letter head verifying the signature of the sole proprietor is required in support of authorized signatory for more details refer to the application class 3B

- Address Proof Authorized signatory.
- IEC Certificate of the company.
- MOA of the company.
- Income tax Return of the company.
- 1 Passport size Photo of Authorized signatory.
