This is an Outlook Express Setup Guide that takes you step-by-step through the process of how to make new Emails Accounts.
Before we begin to set up your new email account, you need to collect some information you will need for the Outlook Express setup.
This information (usually) comes from two different sources:

• Your Hosting Company - The company that own the physical server where your web hotel is hosted
• Your Internet Service Provide (ISP) - The company that provides your internet connection.
  

Here is a list of what you need in order to make new email accounts in Outlook Express:

• Your EMAIL ADDRESS
• The INCOMING MAIL SERVER address
• Your EMAIL USERNAME
• Your EMAIL PASSWORD
• The OUTGOING MAIL SERVER address

Once you have this information at hand, follow these steps to set up your new email accounts:

• Open Outlook Express and go to Tools->Accounts (the Internet Accounts box pops up)
• Choose Add->Mail (the Internet Connection box pops up)
• Enter your Display Name - This is the name that people will see when they receive an email from you.
  Click Next.
  
• Enter the actual EMAIL ADDRESS - Click Next
• Enter the INCOMING MAIL SERVER and the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER - Click Next
• Enter the EMAIL USERNAME and the EMAIL PASSWORD.
  Check the Remember Password checkbox.
  Click Next.
  
• Click Finish to close the Internet Connection Wizard
• Click Close to close the Internet Accounts box

You can now start sending and receiving emails with your email account.
To compose a new email message go to File ->New -> Mail Message.
