Congratulation, you are pregnant! What a wonderful blessing and indeed, at the time when you may not think that you can deal with your morning sickness any more, the though of this beautiful bundle of joy that you are carrying will certainly be an encouragement to you, for you to push on.
Morning Sickness is something that many women are familiar with, but on the other hand it is something that some women have never faced and there is no known medical reason as to why this is the case.
What is morning sickness? Morning sickness is the feeling of nausea and vomiting that a woman goes through, especially during the early stages of pregnancy.
However, some women will be faced with it throughout the nine months of their pregnancy.
Although it is named as it is, this feeling of sickness does not only occur as the name implies.
No, it can take place anytime during the day.
Indeed, you may be sitting in the living room in the evening, relaxing and it will make itself known.
When you are faced with it, you can do certain things that may be helpful in dealing with it and some of the things are: Crackers Eat crackers or dry toast the moment you awake in the morning.
Also, whenever you fell the feeling, coming on, you can eat some cracker and it may be successful in taking it away.
Healthy Eat as healthily as you can during this time.
Eat oats and all the things that your doctor will suggest you eat.
Smaller Portions Instead of eating three large meals, you can eat six small meals and eat as much healthy snacks in between.
There is no talk about eating for two or more here, it is simply a matter of taking of yourself and the little one that you are carrying.
This however is the very last resort and that is medication.
If it is that you cannot keep anything down and you are nauseated twenty-four seven, then the physician who is taking care of you may prescribe some pills for you.
However, it is not advisable that you take any medication during this time unless the doctor gives the okay.
Before you take the medication from the doctor, you can ask him/her about the side effects of it towards you and the baby.
Before you know it, the nine months would have passed and instead of wondering, about how he/she looks you will be holding him/her in your arms.
