An Introduction Joana built their reputation by winning a World of Warcraft speed leveling contest years ago.
But past glories don't always mean anything, especially with new expansions and patches changing Warcraft so much since then.
So it was with skepticism that I used the updated guide.
My doubts were not completely justified, it turns out.
Joana's claim that their Joana's Horde guide is the best around is one that I can't agree with, but it is still pretty good.
The method No one with any experience with Warcraft or at least a little common sense will deny that questing is the fastest way to level.
Even if you barely try, questing will reward you with more experience than grinding will.
Good players will level faster than that, figuring out good ways to do several quests at a time.
For players with experience doing the quests, this can go by even faster, as they can predict where they need to go and get quests that will be most beneficial.
Joana's Horde Guide attempts to turn you into an experienced player.
It provides a fairly quick questing order, and will definitely improve your leveling speed.
Now, some of you are thinking "Ok, so I know what order to do them in.
But I still don't know where everything is.
" Joana's horde guide uses maps, videos, and a mod to mark locations of you map.
The Add-on Joana's add-on is a handy tool.
It will help you find things without too much trouble.
However, it does not feature the breadth of additional tools that some other guides provide.
Still, it is enough to get by with.
Final thoughts The main problem with the guide, in the end, is that Joana plays a hunter.
As a hunter, there are a number of things that are easy for you that might be difficult for other classes.
Joana's Horde Guide is definitely a step up from blindly wandering, but there are better guides available.
