    • 1). Open an Internet browser and visit the Facebook login page at www.facebook.com/.

    • 2). Type your email address and password into the spaces provided.

    • 3). Click "Login" to reactivate your Facebook account.

    Involuntarily Disabled for Facebook Violation

    • 1). Paste the URL http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=disabled into your Web browser to pull up the profile disabled page.

    • 2). Enter an email address that Facebook can use to contact you regarding your account. Click "Yes" if you are able to access the email account associated with your disabled Facebook account. If not, click "No."

    • 3). Type your full name in the space provided and use the drop-down menu to enter your date of birth. Provide any information or questions related to your disabled account in the box and click "Submit" to initiate account reactivation. You will receive an email from the Facebook team notifying you why your account was disabled and informing you about your violation of Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. Use your email address and password to open your account.

    • 2). Determine if your account is disabled due to a financial scam. This will be evidenced by your friends receiving emails claiming that you're in a foreign country in need of assistance. If your account has not been involved with a financial scam, skip to Step 3. If it has, click the "Secure It Here" link located under the "My Account Is Being Used For A Money Transfer Scam" section. Click the "My Account Is Compromised" option. Enter your username, mobile number or your name and the name of a friend and click the "Search" button to identify your account. Follow prompts to secure and regain access to your account.

    • 3). Determine if your account has been sending suspicious emails or spam by asking friends and checking any related email accounts. Click the "Secure It Here" link located under the "My Account Is Compromised, But It Is Not Being Used For A Money Transfer Scam" section. Click the "My Account is Compromised" option. Enter your username, mobile number or your name and the name of a friend and click the "Search" button to identify your account. Follow prompts to secure and regain access to your account.
