Students are asked to choose whether they want their focus to be on animation or on programming. The degree is called an "associates in applied science in information technology--computer simulation and gaming." Students take classes such as computer simulation and gaming architecture, illustrated storytelling, and logic and problem solving.

The college offers certificates in visual effects, animation and game design. Depending on where in Wisconsin the student is situated, Chicago can be just a short drive away. The cost of the school is $25,000 a year and does not offer student housing.
