  Union Springs is a small town in Alabama's Bullock County with a population of less than 5,000 people. It gets its name from a network of about 30 small springs that crisscross the area. Union Springs is home to the state's annual Field Trials, a bird dog competition that tests the dogs' abilities to find hidden quail.
