A really fun craft that's cute and edible is some easily decorated eggs.
These are crafts that also serve as a centerpiece.
Corn syrup is used instead of glue.
Icing can also be used for glue or décor like hair.
A lifesaver candy can be used as an egg holder to put your egg on.
You can decorate your eggs with other candies.
Sprinkles can add nice colors to your design.
Who would have thought? Another great Easter craft is made with a sock.
You can make cute little animals like a chick or bunny.
Once your craft is complete you can put the sock on top of a real egg to have it stand up.
This is so easy and simple to make you can make an assortment of them in no time.
Your kids can help make these for a fun Easter they'll never forget.
This also makes for a really neat school project.
For a chick you need: Orange felt for the beak, googly eyes, stems (pipe cleaners), feathers and craft glue along with scissors.
Cut the sock just above the heel straight across, this part you may want to help the kids with as scissors can be dangerous.
You then glue the eyes onto the top of the sock to start the face.
Take the rectangular piece of felt and cut the corner off.
After this is done, you take the glue and put it on the middle of the feather where it's all gathered and a bit on the tougher side, you glue the feather on the back side of sock for its wings.
To get the chicks feet you twist the stems (pipe cleaner) for the cute little feet.
If you want to make a bunny, instead of pipe cleaners you can use cotton balls for the feet and nose and use pipe cleaners for the whiskers.
You can use all different colored socks to have a fun arrangement.
My favorite craft idea which again is for little kids are paper plate Easter bunnies.
All you need are paper plates, construction paper (pink for ears), googly eyes, pom pons, a marker, glue and glitter.
It's pretty self explanatory, but if you follow these steps you are sure to have the perfect Easter bunny for decoration: Cut the construction paper into pointy oval shapes so the bunny's ears are nice and pointy.
You then glue these onto the back-side of the paper plate, let dry for a few minutes.
Glue the googly eyes onto the front of the bunny to start the face.
You can then glue the pom pons on for the nose and draw a smiley face.
After all this is done you can spread the glue onto the front of the ears and sprinkle glitter all over to have a shiny little bunny.
