I recently wrote an article about how to prepare for Christmas and all the food you're about to eat.
I discussed how you should consider how hungry you are and have smaller portions that your partner.
I also explained that you should get too worried about the large amount of food you'll eat over Christmas as long as you eat all your good and yummy foods in moderation.
I am now going to continue with my tips on how to get fit and healthy with the approach to Christmas.
I hope this helps you with your weight goals on the approach to Christmas.
Remember that often snacking is when you're not concentrating and need something to fill your mind.
You really need to get out of this habit but there are other ways in which it may become easier.
Consider what type of food you eat for different meals and consider what will fill you up the most.
I often eat porridge for breakfast which really fills you up and also eat some soup and bread for lunch which again fills you up and makes you feel warm in the winter and a stew or meat and vegetables can be great for your evening meal.
I would consider eating these as they are all slow in energy release but are healthy and filling.
If you still need to eat I would recommend fruit, vegetable and tips or other healthy snacks like that.
Don't forget to also exercise regularly.
But don't forget to enjoy Christmas even if you are eating healthy!
