Pregnant Balloon

• Get a balloon pregnant. Inflate a large, clear latex balloon with helium and let the helium out. Insert a small, pink latex balloon in the deflated clear balloon. Fill the pink balloon with helium while it is inside the clear balloon. Tie a knot in the pink balloon. Repeat this process with a small blue balloon. You may need to add additional helium to the clear balloon to stretch it. Fill the clear balloon with helium and tie it. Pregnant balloons are great for baby showers. Use them to share the good news of an addition to your family.
  
  

Gift Boxes

• Decorate gift boxes with balloons. You can use latex or Mylar balloons with either air or helium. Glue balloons to the sides and top of the box. Tie helium-filled balloons to the box with ribbons or lace and let them float over the package. Remember to add lots of ribbons or lace to the box and the balloons.
  
  

Over the Hill

• Use black and white latex and Mylar balloons to decorate for a birthday party. Create an arch with the balloons. Add the balloons to chairs, tables and the like. Fill balloons with helium and attach a weight to a ribbon to create dancing balloons.
  
  

Bouquets

• Make balloon bouquets. Attach air-filled latex balloons to pipe cleaners and place them in a vase. Mix in fresh or silk flowers and greenery if you like. Fill balloons with helium and attach ribbons. Tie the ribbons together at the top, close to the balloons, to create a giant bouquet.
  
  

Attachments

• Use ribbon to attach an Orange Crush soda bottle to an "I Love You" Mylar balloon filled with helium. Add a note stating "I've got a crush on you." Use stuffed animals attached to helium-filled balloons for children's parties and presents. Use baby shower favors such as baby carriages, baby bottles and the like and attach them to helium-filled balloons at baby showers.
