Being a student means you have very little time or money to spend on your food. Heres five simple egg recipes that you can do in your microwave oven. Using your microwave will not only save you time but also use less energy and can provide you with some great nutritious meals.Eggs are simple and easy to cook, they have great nutritional value and will help retain you through those long evenings of study. Because they are full of protein they are a great source for athletes to help build up muscle.

Finally though there are egg poachers on the market that have changed all this and will give perfect results every time. In three to five minutes you an get a soft or hard boiled egg with out the need to boil a pan of water. The egg is placed in the boiler, filled to a line with water and the top screwed on then in three to five minutes your egg is ready. This is not only an efficient way to cook but saves loads of time and energy.

Some people prefer brown eggs and some white, but nutritionally they are the same. Egg yolks are extremely high in protein, vitamin B12, and vitamin A. Egg protein is loaded with vitamins and nutrients that feed the muscles and tissues allowing for muscles to become stronger. There is a large amount of protein in eggs, which make egg protein supplements one of the highest concentrations of protein available on the market. Protein is a very important part of any bodybuilder's nutritional diet.

To soft boil and egg to dip toast in, first take your eggs out of the fridge and allow them to sit for a short time to take them up to room temperature. Heat some water in a pan and, when it is just boiling, use a spoon to drop the eggs into the water carefully. Boil gently for precisely one minute then remove from the heat, put a lid on the pan and leave for 6-7 minutes. Some people like their eggs more runny than others, so experiment with the timing to get the results you prefer.

Blue Blood Country Club Recipe:
Cook 12 eggs as above and prepare the yolk mixture with chopped onion, add caviar, lemon or lime juice and cream cheese. Mix the juice and cream cheese until creamy(not watery)then add the onions and caviar. Spoon into the yolks and cool in frig, just before serving top with capers or thinly sliced green olives. Man if you are into decadent living, then this recipe is for you.

BAKED OMELET ROLL
6 eggs or 1 1/2 cups egg substitute
1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place eggs and milk in blender. Add flour, salt and pepper. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up omelet in pan starting with a short side. Place seam down on a warm serving platter. Cut into slices. Garnish plate with some fresh parsley or cilantro.
