Reduce the amount of your daily calorie intake.
If you really want to lose weight then you have to change your eating habits.
It is impossible to lose weight while you still carry on eating loads of sweets and cakes.
It does not mean that you should not eat any of these foods, but it means that you should be able to control the amount of these foods that you intake.
For example: you might eat sweets and any other treats on special occasions.
For weight loss you just have to eat less and choose healthier foods.
This will lead to fat loss as you will use the fats that you store in the body.
But, this does not mean that you should eat for less than 1500 calories, which will weaken your body and as a result you will give up.
These quick loss diets will drive you mad and eventually you will gain weight again.
If you want to lose weight in healthy and easy way, then there are no shortcuts.
By just eating 300-500 calories less each day, will make you lose roughly two pounds a week.
This is a realistic and easy target to achieve plus it is healthy! It seems to be too slow, but actually over a year in this manner it adds up to over three stone! Because fats contain most of the calories compared to the other food elements like protein and carbohydrates, it means that the way to reduce amount of calories intake is to cut the amount of fats in the food.
For example eat more vegetables and fruits.
Just below you will see a list of low calorie foods that you can introduce in to your diet without changing it significantly: •Instead of fizzy drinks drink water.
•Instead of whole milk drink semi-skimmed or skimmed milk.
•Try to eat less on your lunch.
Eat less margarine, butter and mayonnaise.
For example if you buy sandwiches in store, then usually there is a lot of these ingredients.
•Better if you will reduce the amount of sugar or even try not to drink tea or coffee with sugar.
•Reduce the amount of your favourite food that you eat.
•Cut on the unhealthy treats between meals.
For example: crisps, sweets, cakes, sugary biscuits etc.
•Drink as little alcohol as you can.
If you will introduce these things into your lifestyle then you will definitely improve your health.
Do not skip any of your meals like breakfast in order to lose weight, even though you reduce calorie intake you actually will be even hungrier later on.
It will not only lead you for need to fill the gap, but you also likely to overeat for compensating the hunger.
You also more likely to choose bad food for eating such as: cereal bars will make you wanting something mere for your lunch.
Unbalanced eating routine also interrupt metabolism of your body, which makes it more difficult to lose weight.
