Many people want a union job because they want all the benefits.

People should be paid what they are worth and every worker should put in a real honest amount of labor for the company they work for.
If not we all suffer and why should everyone get less, so a few people can get more and unbalance the free-market system by way of political lobbying certain candidates? It just is not fair and it is unfortunate that people do not see this issue for what it really is.
