How to Find Sprinkler Heads
- 1). Go to your sprinkler control station or pull the broken sprinkler head out of the ground to find out what brand makes your sprinklers. Although some of the same styled sprinklers may be used interchangeably, it's best to stick with the same brand to ensure optimum performance.
- 2). Call the company that makes your sprinklers. Have the company ship you the sprinkler head(s) that you need. If your sprinklers are under warranty, they may send you a new sprinkler head free of charge.
- 3). Visit a home improvement store such as Home Depot, Lowe's or Ace Hardware. Most home improvement stores will carry popular brands of sprinkler heads such as Orbit and Rain Bird.
- 4). Visit lawn-care stores in your area. Stores specializing in lawn services will carry popular and even more obscure sprinkler heads.
- 5). Go to a sprinkler, lawn-watering or irrigation company nearby. Many of these stores will carry replacement heads that can be purchased for a few dollars.
- 6). Shop online. You'll be able to find dozens of different sprinkler heads for sale online from sites such as Amazon and eBay, online stores such as Home Depot and even from sprinkler companies like The Sprinkler House and Sprinkler Warehouse.
