Now it's time to put everything together. In the lists below, I've listed the product that is the focus of the recipe, then some recipes you can make using that product.
To being developing your own list, gather eight to ten recipes that you and your family love, that are nutritious and easy, and that you can make with confidence. Then make a list of the ingredients you need for those recipes, and make sure they are always in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer.

Having standby meals ready anytime things get too frazzled is a great comfort. And knowing that your family will eat them and you can prepare them easily is essential.

As always, feel free to substitute ingredients in any of these recipes. All of your cooking should be dependant on your tastes, your family's likes and dislikes, and your personal mise en place.
