Ultimate WAR Online Maw of Madness Scenario
One of the most fun to be had when playing Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning is definitely their take in Group PvP or Realm Vs.
Realm in WAR terms.
There is just so much diversity in these games and the rewards are very satisfying.
The warhammer online maw of madness scenario is a good example.
If you're tired of playing serious, planned, and sometimes tedious Control the Flag scenarios, then this scenario will likely have you grinning like a fool.
A personal favorite, the Maw of Madness scenario is totally fun and wicked.
If you had fun playing "IT!" when you were a kid, then expect the same level of fun here, except of course, you have to kill your opponent to win the game.
Before I go into the details of the game, let me talk about its basics first.
This Tier 4 scenario can be played by 12 players on each team.
The players would have to be from levels 23 to 40 to join.
The objective of this scenario is one of pure simplicity: grab a magical artifact and control it for the longest time possible! If you are not familiar with WAR's Murderball scenarios, then let me fill you in.
A mix of CTF (Capture the Flag) and Death Match, Murderball scenarios are those that center on the capture and control of one magical artifact that is usually located in the middle of the map.
This online scenario also has one magical artifact placed among some talons protruding from the earth at the center of the map.
You and your team must race with your opponents for the capture of that artifact.
However, the game is not as simple as you holding on to that artifact and running away from your opponents.
There are three things you have to remember.
They are that: * Capturing the artifact will give you points.
The longer you have the artifact, the more points you'll have.
The first team to get 500 points, either through the artifact or through kills, wins.
* If you are holding the artifact and you manage to make a kill, your kill points are doubled.
* If an enemy manages to kill you if you are holding the artifact, their kill points will also be doubled.
* The magical artifact will cause damage to the player who is holding it.
Now you see why the warhammer online maw of madness scenario is far from your typical grab and run game? If you're wondering how to best play this game, my suggestion would be to use melee players to grab the magical artifact.
The center of the map where the artifact is located is pretty crowded or enclosed.
Ranged players would have a hard time fighting there, whereas melee players would be at an advantage fighting in a confined space.
That's my only tip in this game.
Other than that, just remember to have fun!
