Edible Glue

• 1). Combine 1/2 cup of corn starch and 3/4 cup of cold water into a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  
  
• 2). Combine 3/4 cup of cold water with 2 tbsp. of corn syrup and 1 tbsp. of white vinegar. Mix together in a medium-sized sauce pan.
  
  
• 3). Boil the mixture.
  
  
• 4). Combine the mixture from the bowl with the mixture from the saucepan. Slowly pour the boiled mixture into the other. Stir continuously. Let sit at room temperature overnight to set.
  
  

Candy Gram

• 1). Draw Halloween shapes or outlines onto a piece of construction paper. Use brown or orange paper for a Halloween look. Try a bat, witch's hat or pumpkin.
  
  
• 2). Use the edible glue to trace the outline you drew on the construction paper.
  
  
• 3). Put different types of candy on the glue. Let it dry completely.
  
  
• 4). Use a marker or pencil to write "Trick-or-Treat," "BOO!" or "Happy Halloween!" onto the paper. If you are creative, try to incorporate the name of the candy into the sentiment.
  
  
• 5). Add finishing touches with plastic spiders, pumpkin seeds or small rubber bats. Glue these non-edible items around the message and candy.
