Whether made at home or bought from a manufacturer, these bins recycle the organic waste into compost that is rich in humus, thereby, reducing the wastage of natural resources and benefiting the environment. Reduction in Global Warming

• When organic waste is dumped into landfills, anaerobic decomposition of the matter produces methane, a greenhouse gas that causes global warming. • Compost made in the bins has the ability to bind heavy metals, which can otherwise cause water pollution when they merge with water resources. Since the use of compost bins also minimizes the amount of organic waste entering the landfills, there is less air pollution due to curtailment of the production of methane gas. Because compost bins curtail water and air pollution, they are a boon for the environment as well as humanity.
