It's stunning when some people observe obesity and diabetes are complementary with which major diet choices and lifestyle changes have contributory role for fighting childhood obesity. Dr. Hyman writes, "It's lamented that time is wasted by millions and billions in striving to find diabetes cure using drugs. He also suggests directing deep thoughts on finding whether any new drug can be identified.  

The modern thoughts on diabetes care are towards proper diet choices, stress free life, keeping off sedentary lifestyle, and safety from toxins as well as allergens in the environment. Regarding the choice of diet, it is stressed that when one takes in good food stuff and avoids bad foods, the body gets alert to produce what is needed for regenerating nuscular energy.
