You see, in all the years that I have been researching the subject of weight loss, I have not found a perfect weight loss program that works for all people.
I thought I was the only one thinking this way until I heard it from an expert that there is no "one size fits all" weight loss program and that for each person, there is always a type of fat loss program that will work.
This way I came to understand that there is no particular way that guarantees weight loss when it has to do with taking pills, dieting and all that.
The fastest way to lose weight may not really be "fast" in some other terms but it will be fast because it did not waste your time and each day you walk this way, you see results even though they may not be as tangible as you want it.
You see, I have come to understand that losing weight is not all about losing a thousand pounds in one week and gaining two thousand the next week, it is about a consistent life style of weight loss and eventually when you reach your desired weight; you have all it takes to maintain the weight till the day you die.
A whole lot of people take miracle pills which work today and then send them back to where they were coming from the next day, I will not call those one of the fastest way to lose weight, it is just an empty waste of time.
So what is the fastest way to take off my extra body weight then? The fastest way to lose weight is the way that helps you lose weight gradually while conforming and re-structuring your eating habits.
The major reason why people get overweight is because they eat the wrong type of food.
Now the to take off those extra body weight you need to learn how to eat right.
A good fat loss program will not tell you that you will lose 30 pounds in one week.
I am not ruling out the possibility, but there is every probability that you will gain the weight back in no time because there is no way you would condition your appetite to a weight loss diet in one week.
It takes time.
So my argument is "The fastest way to lose weight is to lose weight slowly while conditioning your body and your eating habits so as to reach the desired weight and to maintain the same".
I have therefore found out that exercising and eating right is the fastest way to lose weight.
The weight is lost gradually and your eating habits are conditioned gradually.
Forget about the miracle pills, they may not work for you.
