To be blunt, it is your diet.
Exercise and other factors play a large role in weight loss, but changes to your diet can cause huge differences in your weight loss efforts.
And they DO NOT have to be unhealthy changes! Here are two changes you can do to your daily diet which will get you seeing fast results.

Eat a can of black beans Every day I want you to eat an entire can of black beans.
You do not need to have it all in one go, but just make sure that you have an ENTIRE can every day.
Black beans are very rich in fibre.
The average person gets 12 grams of fibre in their daily diet.
You are SUPPOSED to be consuming 30 grams of fibre every day! The good news is that a can of black beans has about 25-30 grams of fibre in it.
YUM! Fibre causes you to feel very full without eating a lot of it.
You can use this to your advantage.
Eat some black beans before every meal and you will end up eating less of the main course, therefore not consuming as many calories.
2.
Protein I highly recommend you start drinking protein shakes.
Protein stimulates muscle gain which is a HUGE contributing factor to your weight loss success.
Muscle burns way more calories than fat does.
The more you improve your ratio of muscle to fat, you will automatically be burning more calories (due to a faster metabolism).
These little changes to your diet will give you some MONUMENTAL results.
