How Do I Make King Crab Balls?
- 1). Touch the king crab legs and choose the ones that are firm; they should not feel soft at any point.
- 2). Move the joints around. They should move freely. Smell your crab legs. They should have a fresh seawater smell. A fishy smell would indicate that they are old.
- 3). Use a fork to extract the meat from the king crab leg. Insert the fork at one end of the leg and run it up the length of the leg. This will help crack open the leg so you can extract the meat.
- 4). Preheat your oven to about 400 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet.
- 5). Combine the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix together well with the mixing spoon.
- 6). Roll this mixture into 15 3/4 inch balls. Arrange them evenly on the greased cookie sheet, making sure they are not touching. Place the cookie tray on the middle oven rack and bake for about 15 minutes. They are done when they are golden brown.
