Zits And Pimples
Zits are easy to get rid of just by following my routine and remedies! Drink plenty of water a day, to keep a guide, get a measuring cup to keep track of the amount you are drinking.
The average needed is 1500ml to 2000ml per day.
Try to keep up! Eat at least an orange or an apple a day.
If you find that water tastes plain and bland, cut a slice of lemon and place it in the water or replace it with some mint leaves.
If you continue with this routine for 3 days, your skin will start to feel softer and the pimples may fade a little, of course, not instant results overnight! Clearing zits take time.
Do also remember to dust your room especially where you sleep.
Always clean your face and never wear make up to bed! To decrease the size and redness of the pimple, hold an ice cube to the zit until it melts.
Use tissue paper to clean the oil from your face and never touch your face with your dirty hands! And most importantly, when drying your face, use patting actions, do not rub your face with the towel! Try not to exfloite your face to much as it strips off all the skin's natural oil.
Take a bath at least 3 times a day and increase your intake of vitamin C.
Here is a recipe for masks: TOMATO AND CUCUMBER MASK Mix the cucumber and tomatoes together.
Spread it over your face and leave on for 10 mins Rinse off with cold water Never try squeezing your zits.
If you have large pores, try this! Stand with a towel over your head in front of hot, not boiling water.
After 5 mins quickly exfloite with a gentle scrub.
Then rinse off with cold water.
Most importantly, just remember to drink lots of water!
