Stress - How I Solved Stress and How You Can Do the Same
Years ago I had a breakdown because of a stress syndrome.
Meaning that I worked much too long under continuing stress.
Maybe this happens to you.
Anyway, I didn't want to take medication, but I did want to solve my stress.
So here is how I solved my stress and how you can do the same.
After a fall on the street I had to remain in bed for some time because of a concussion.
After I recovered, I decided to better my life.
Here is how I did it.
Three times a day I listened to a guided meditation.
This was totally new for me.
At first I couldn't listen all the way to the end.
Long before the end of the meditation I'd fall asleep.
I had insomnia problems for quite some time and it really was a relief to be able to sleep again.
Before that time I was tired evening time.
With the guided meditation which I listened to at six pm I had rested enough to be busy in evening again.
Every day I went to the gym.
I trained vigorously and I focussed on my training.
Tried to do something more and train a bit harder every day.
That kept my mind from wandering to all those important, stress-causing topics.
Even at home I did my exercises.
I started with 50 sit ups to end with 1000 sit ups a day.
I took very good care of my body.
I drank two liters of water daily to get rid of all the toxins in my body.
I ate very healthy food.
Especially much vegetables and fruit.
I ate at fixed times.
I chewed well.
I made long walking tours outside in nature.
I loved most to go to the beach to make long walks.
If you already have had a breakdown and want to recover, this is what you can do.
If you didn't have a breakdown yet, take very good care of yourself.
It takes a lot of effort to heal from stress-related diseases.
