Using her name three times in every sentence is straight up overkill and it will not work at all.
But, sprinkle her name in the conversation a few times here and there and you will instantly generate a rapport and an implied connection with her.
This will make her feel more comfortable and attached to you.

  Keep a smile on your face, but only when it is appropriate.
A smile is powerful, but you don't want to have it glued on your face like you are stuck on stupid.
And if she is saying something like her dog juts died, a smile will not work.
But, keep yourself smiling when the conversation is light and fun.

  Gently build up the "touch.
" After a little bit of talking, touch her arm or her leg if you can.
Just make sure that you are not "groping" her or making her feel uncomfortable.
The quicker you can build it up to where she is comfortable with you touching her in "safe" places, the quicker you will be able to touch her in other places.
