The 7-2-7 Technique Let's jump right back into it - how to extend your sexual performance and get rid of premature ejaculation.
I suggested in Part 2 that this premature ejaculation treatment mini course aims to improve your abilities while you haven't got rid of your premature ejaculation entirely yet.
That is, you can have great sex, even if you suffer from premature ejaculation, if you use skills.
OK Mike but what do you mean by the word 'skills'? Well, let's jump right into the subject of today's article, which constitutes a perfect example of what I mean by 'skills'.
The premature ejaculation treatment technique I'm about to show you is called the 7-2-7 technique and this is how it works.
Everyone of us aims to give their lady what she desires when they have intercourse.
Here the focus is not on 'doing what she says' or following social stereotypes; it really is just about being sexually skillful.
You scratch her back and she'll scratch yours-so to speak.
In order to offer a complete sexual performance you are required to satisfy your lady in a couple of different ways.
A few of these - regrettably - could in principle bring about a premature ejaculation for you.
Despite that, you still want to cover all the bases.
You don't want your rhythm to be slow and steady all the time, nor do you want to push the limits by going fast and hard for 10 seconds, only to blow after 11.
You want to your action to be varied; you go slow for a while, fast for a while, mix it up thus giving an assorted and complete sexual performance.
Now here is how this premature ejaculation treatment can help you doing this, even if you used to have premature ejaculation in the past.
Here is the 7-2-7 technique.
Once you are having penetrative sex, you do it hard, fast and with deep thrusts for the time it takes you to arrive to stimulation level 7, after which you gently and step by step work your way down the scale, through 6, 5, 4 and 3, until you're at a 2.
At this point you keep it slow and moderate to the point your penis is not extremely sensitive anymore.
Now you can work your way back up through the scale, through 3, 4, 5, 6, until you reach 7, at which time you're again going fast and hard.
This premature ejaculation treatment technique is in practice very simple, and clever at the same time.
What most men with premature ejaculation do is going full speed up to where they are well beyond their 7.
These people just want to pump for as long as they can before needing to stop.
Bear in mind however that while the actual point of no return may be a 9, that doesn't imply it is sensible to go that far.
These guys, who go fast and furious for 30 seconds, then find themselves on the edge of blowing, realise they're about to climax, so abruptly stop going.
And I mean STOP.
They completely cease the action and sort of linger inside their partner, silently and strangely.
Then, once they feel they're ready to start again, they'll begin thrusting like mad once more.
You will agree with me that this is a terrible way to control your sexual stimulation.
The 7-2-7 technique is way, way more effective.
Here's a wrap-up again.
After you've finished foreplay, which should last at least ten minutes and be passionate and full of sexual heat, enter your partner - in other words, start the penetration.
Don't incur in the mistake of pumping away at full speed right from the start.
Instead, start quite slow and sensual.
Go slowly in circles with your hips, gently going in and out varying the depth of your thrusts.
Remember to fix mentally which depth and speed combination is the most stimulating for you.
Now start to increase the speed of your thrusts.
Again, don't rush; increase your speed and thrust a notch or two.
Build your rhythm steadily.
At this point you will start to feel your arousal level increasing, going from 2 up to a 3, 4 or 5.
Keep going, however remember that you are having sex, after all.
Stay connected the moment and don't act like you're mentally doing math.
By the time you reach 6 or 7 on the scale, you have been probably thrusting, at a steadily increasing speed, for about 2 or 3 minutes.
This is good and plenty long enough.
As soon as you reach 7, start to slow your thrust speed down.
You might feel like you could go a bit longer before you actually have to slow down, however you should not give in to this urge.
The key here is to keep yourself in tight control.
Work back down through the numbers: 6, 5, 4, 3...
back to two.
Look at you now! You have just had penetrative sex for about 5 minutes in one position.
This time span is long enough to justify a position change, which - as you can infer - will give you an extra means to cool off and take yourself back down to 0-1 on the scale.

This will have the surprising effect both to improve your sexual endurance and pleasure your partner as much as, if not more than, she expects.
