Make your life simple

Value people instead of things
Friends and family are more important than things and money. Women who are faced with demanding tasks may cope with stress by spending quality time with their loved ones. Instead of reaching for the remote control after your work, why not exchange a hug with your kid and cuddle him while you're relaxing? The time you spend with people close to you is a sure way to lessen the fatigue and increase the joy in your life.

Spend some moment alone

Being alone doesn't mean being lonely. Allowing yourself a little solitude will help you look back on your day and ponder your accomplishments. It boosts your morale and energy level, gives you a sense of control, enhances your communications skills and creativity, and enables you to come out with effective solutions to your problems at home and at work.

True happiness does not result from popularity or wealth alone. Be happy with who you are and what you have as long as it is life-sustaining. Money may provide the opportunity to enjoy temporary pleasures, but it cannot assure anyone of long-term happiness.
