Your Pillowcase and Your Hair

People who buy bad pillowcases literally confuse me.
I'm not sure why they do it.
You're going to sleep for 6-9(sometimes more) hours a night and you lay your head on your pillowcase.
Of course it makes a difference in your skin and hair health! I can't be too critical, though; I used to be the same way.
I'd sleep on a low quality pillowcase and my hair would get split ends, and it was gradually thinning - and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why.
I ate healthy, I exercised daily, and I didn't have a temper at all.
I had very little stress as I am a naturally happy person, but still, had hair problems...
Then, a friend of mine had recently switched his pillowcase from cotton, to satin.
He recommended I do it to improve the quality of my sleep.
I figured, "Eh, why not? Might as well.
" So, I did.
And let me tell you: it had to be one of the most life changing things I've ever done.
My skin problems cleared themselves up, and my hair problems started to literally reverse! I was amazed at what was happening.
Then, I thought to myself, "Could it be because of my recent pillowcase change?" And sure enough, my friend had noticed similar changes.
So, if you've got hair problems at all, I highly, highly recommend you get a satin pillowcase, or a silk pillowcase.
They're made of extremely high quality and are great for your hair, skin, and sleep.
