When my husband recently suggested that we stay at a rental villa, I didn't even know what a villa was.

When I read that I thought, we can't afford that! Then he showed me a price comparison between a nicer hotel and renting a villa for an entire week.
I couldn't believe that the villa was actually cheaper!Not all villas were less in price, you have to look around a bit, but they are out there.
Staying in Orlando was so much fun.
I can't tell you how nice it was to be able to spread out in a larger area, and a luxurious one at that.
No more small confining hotel rooms for us.
The money saved on meals really added up too, since we could cook in our villa.
The kids really enjoyed having their own room too, they had more privacy.
You do need to be careful though, because all "villas" are not the same, it is a very broad term.
I would encourage you to look into what each villa offers.
You also need to consider other factors too like the convenience of location, what else is included (for example, is there a pool, rec facility, and so forth) and if there are any specials you can take advantage of.
Just don't be like I was, don't assume that a villa needs to come with an outrageous price tag, look around because you just might be surprised!
